Well ... my apologies team ... I seem to have led us far astray ...

For our purposes the design document should contain

1. 1) UML Use Case Diagrams


2. 2) UML Class Diagrams


3. 3) Complete set of numbered screen shot images - (may be hand drawn)


4. 4) Map of transitions between the screen shots.

The UML material should use the same style as you did in Systems Analysis. There are a number of tutorials availabe at http://www.uml.org/#Links-Tutorials I highly recommend Borlands at http://bdn.borland.com/article/0,1410,31863,00.html

A great and FREE UML java-based drawing program is at http://argouml.tigris.org/

So ... I have caused us a lot of extra work that was unnecessary for this document.
